If I have a special need related to locks I will call Keyhole Security in Wenatchee. They are located right on south Wenatchee Avenue. They can do a lot of special stuff. Their prices are a little steep.

Friendly, Knowledgeable staff. They are very professional, and are always able to find a solution to any problem. From as simple as creating a spare key (never had a bad one made) to a full scale security system. They know their stuff...
